* YORK Lokomotive ARLC Masters are holding an open training session and introduction to masters rugby as part of the York 50+ Festival.
Spokesman Simon Moat said: "The session is aimed at anybody who would maybe like to get a little fitter in a fun, friendly team environment. No previous rugby experience is necessary. A sense of humour does help."
The session will be on Knavesmire, on Sunday, October 2, starting at noon. Players are asked to meet at the Bustardthorpe changing rooms.
Anybody wanting further information can phone Moat on 07828 816986.
