TWO teenagers have been arrested in connection with the theft of a moped in York.
Police were called to Richmond Street off Hallfield Road at about 2.30am on Wednesday, and found two boys and a stolen Peugeot moped.
A 15-year-old was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and going equipped for theft, and a 14-year-old was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle. The moped has been returned to its owner.
