PHOTOGRAPHERS at the York Camera Club have once again captured stunning images of York for the St Leonard’s Hospice calendar.
The club has worked with the hospice on the calendar for several years. This year members have supplied views that include Clifford’s Tower, the Minster Library, the Guildhall and the Museum Gardens.
Jill Croake, Deputy Retail Manager at St Leonard's, said: “Once again York Camera Club offered us a great selection of photographs to choose from for our calendar.
“We are very grateful to them for their continued support, and we know that lots of people will want to buy the calendars both to admire their skill and to help the Hospice; all the money the calendars raise goes direct to caring for Hospice patients and their families.”
The calendars are available from St Leonard's Hospice shops in Acomb, Broadway, Haxby, Pocklington, Selby, Scarcroft Road, Sherburn-in-Elmet and Tang Hall, from the Hospice furniture shops in Acomb, Heworth and Selby, and from the Hospice reception on Tadcaster Road.
They are also on sale at Visit York Information Centre on Museum Street in York.
Each page of the calendar, which costs £4.50, has been sponsored by local companies.
