York train station
TRAINS are running again between York and Newcastle after vandals damaged signals in Darlington.
Passengers were hit with major delays at 5pm on Friday and many were left stranded on the platform or stuck on trains.
National Rail said the problem was repaired at 9pm and journeys to the north east were underway, but around 60 services still faced delays.
